Day by Day Program A (English)

(1 Zul Hijja) – 30 June

Arrival Madina Airport and transfer to hotel Elaf AL Majeedi in front of Haram facing gate 17 ( Women Gate ), Dinner and overnight

(2 Zul Hijja) – 1 July

Accommodation at Elaf AL Majeedi Hotel with breakfast and dinner.

Meeting with the group leaders and our other Shaikhs.

(3 Zul Hijja) 2 July

Gathering at the hotel Lobby at 07:45 AM for visiting historical sightseeing in Madina. By Air-Conditioned buses. You are going to visit Mountain of Uhod – Masjid Qebaa – Masjid Zu El Qeblata- Al Baqee’ Paradise. Tours are approximately between 3 to 4 hours. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Friday prayer.

After sunset please put your luggage in front of your room for the bell boys to put them at the designated area as it will be transferred to Makkah. Meeting After Zohor at restaurant (exact time to be reconfirmed with your group leader)

(4 Zul Hijja) 3 July

Breakfast

Transfer by air-conditioned buses heading to Makkah. Arrival to the Le Meridien Towers Makkah Hotel where you will have the next 11 or up to 13 nights without checking out your room even during Manasik day. You will have the room till 5 August or up to 7th August based on your flight ( 15 ZulHijjah or up to 17th ZulHijjah based on your airline schedule)

The hotel offers private transportation 24 hours to cross the tunnel to the Haram

Including breakfast and dinner.

Stay in Le Meridien Towers Makkah Hotel with breakfast and dinner.

(6 Zul Hijja) 5 July

Stay in Le Meridien Towers Makkah Hotel with breakfast and dinner.

Meeting in lectures in different languages.

(7 Zul Hijja) 6 July

After breakfast meeting with Shaikhs and group leaders for final instructions before Hajj starts.

(8 Zul Hijja) Transfer by air-conditioned buses to VIP Premium camp close to Jamarat. Mena and Tents check-in as per the tents (male – females) Accommodation at the tents based on full board (Breakfast, Lunch and dinner) as well as Mineral Water, Soft Drinks and Hot drinks during the hour.

(9 Zul Hijja) 7 July

Transfer to Arafat by train to The American private tents. Breakfast, Lunch as well as Mineral Water, Soft Drinks and Hot drinks during the hour. By sunset, you will be transferred to Muzdalifa by as per train schedule

(10 Zul Hijja) 8 July

continue to Mina early morning. We will perform Manasiq, throw the stones, Tawaf, and Sa’e.

You can stay during the day light in your room in Le Meredian Towers and we will bring you with our VIP buses to spend the night in Mina.

Friday prayer.

Tawaf and Sai could be performed today or in the next few days based on Hajj condition and energy.

(11 Zul Hijja) 9 July

You will Accommodation at Mina based on full board (Breakfast, Lunch and dinner) as well as Mineral Water, Soft Drinks and Hot drinks during the hour.

Threw the Jamarat. Transfer to Makkah to your hotel in Makkah.

Dinner at the hotel. Private hotel buses are available 24 hours to take you to the haram in few minuets..

(14 Zul Hijja) 11 July

Resting day

Breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Private hotel buses are available 24 hours to take you to the Haram in few minuets to cross using the private tunnel.

الساعة 07:30 صباحا لعمل المزارات التاريخية بالمدينة المنورة بالاتوبيسات المكيفة للتعرف على معالم المدينة وزيارة جبل احد ومسجد قباء ومسجد ذو القبلتين والبقيع. الزمن التقريبى للمزارات من 3 الى 4 ساعات عشاء ومبيت بالفندق

صلاة الجمعة.

بعد المغرب برجاء وضع الحقائب امام باب الغرفة لكى يتمكن حاملى الحقائب لانزالها للمكان المخصص بها حيث يتم نقلها الى مكة المكرمة اجتماع بعد صلاة الظهر فى المطعم الرئيسى (برجاء تاكيد الموعد مع رئيس الحملة)

يتم المواصلة الى منى ورمى الجمرات ثم طواف الافاضة وسعى الحج و يمكن قضاء جزء من النهار بغرفتكم بفندق أبراج المريديان مكة الافطار والغداء والعشاء و العودة إلي مخيام مني مساءا.

صلاة الجمعة.

سيتم عمل طواف الإفاضة و سعي الحج علي مجموعات حسب القدرة الصحية في خلال هذا اليوم أو الأيام المقبلة و يتم التنسيق مع الشيوخ و رؤساء المجموعات للجداول المناسبة و لتفادي الزحام.

( 9th Zul Hijjah ) Go to Arafat by TRAIN ( Very fast movement ) Enjoy the blessed day of Arafat in our VIP Camp in Arafat with Breakfast and Lunch. ( Refreshments, fruits, drinks, etc available all the time ), Our Shaikhs and Imams will guide the day and prayers and Khutbas in different languages.
Movement to Muzdalifa where you will spend part of the night in our designated area with meal and drinks. then continue to back to Mina
( 10th Zul Hijja Eid Day ) Arrive to Mina early, perform the First Jamrah ( Jamrat Al Aqaba ) on the way to our camp, ( Very close )
Groups can spend the days light in our camp with all the services or go to the Haram to do Tawaf and Saie then stay in their rooms during the daylight and will be picked up after dinner to spend the night in Mina
( 12 ZUL HIJJAH ) Groups can leave Minah after breakfast and Jamarat to go back for resting at the hotel in Makkah HYATT REGENCY ( Jabal Omar ).
Your room is still available with breakfast and dinner till 15th Zul Hijjah .
Tawaf Al Wedaa ( Farewell Tawaf ) will be performed before departure with the group.
